i always do with all my heart.. anytime i should explain and perform how beautiful Indonesian batik Is..

They will never know how if they never try.. so I let them come closer to see.. to touch the fabric and smell the malam.. also welcome them to try their own stroke by using canting, to create beautiful drawing from the melted 'malam' (bee wax) on the fabric..

the above is Yokohama newspaper covered my batik performance at Pacifico - Tour and travel expo for promoting Indonesian Tourism.

the other picture show the 2 Arabian ladies watch a man who try to do batik beside me. All i have to do is.. just to tell them the facts, that batik is not just a clothes with the design, but has a meaningful messages and culture both in the motif and on how we produce it..
